Focus Areas
Our work is organized around three areas where we believe technology can create the most meaningful change for Albanian-speaking communities.
SDG 4 · Quality Education
Education & Digital Skills
AI Training Academy, Hackathons, Tech Talks, Podcast
Albanian-speaking youth in North Macedonia have the talent and drive to succeed in technology, but too often lack access to structured learning pathways, mentorship, and exposure to industry practices. Our education programs close that gap with practical, hands-on training that produces builders, not just certificate holders.
We design every program around a simple principle: teach skills the market actually rewards. That means AI literacy, modern development frameworks, design thinking, and entrepreneurship, delivered by people who have built real products and companies.
Theory of change
Young people with digital skills get better jobs, start businesses, and contribute to local economic development. By investing in human capital at the earliest career stage, we create a multiplier effect across communities.
SDG 5 · Gender Equality
Gender Equality in Tech
Women in STEM, inclusive event design
Women represent less than 20% of the tech workforce across the Western Balkans. The problem is not talent. It is access, representation, and culture. Our Women in STEM initiatives address all three through dedicated programming, visible role models, and intentionally inclusive event design across all N'katror activities.
Theory of change
When young women see people who look like them succeeding in tech, they believe it is possible. Dedicated programming removes barriers to entry; inclusive community design ensures they stay.
SDG 8 · Decent Work & Economic Growth
Civic Technology & Social Impact
Civic Tech Projects, Hackathons (civic tracks)
Technology built for communities, not just markets. We identify gaps where digital tools can improve access to services, information, and protection, then we build and ship those tools. Our civic tech projects are open-source, community-informed, and designed for sustainability beyond our involvement.
Theory of change
Digital civic infrastructure improves access to essential services, strengthens community resilience, and demonstrates the value of investing in local tech talent for public good.
